    How do I turboclock my razer blade pro's processor?

    I notice the specs say the processor is 2.4 ghz/3.4 turboclocked.

    With X Rebirth about to drop on us, I want to kick it up to the 3.4.

    How do I do that? Is it safe?

    Turboboost* and it does it by itself when the processor needs more power.

    Yea, it already does that, although you need to keep temps low to make sure you're getting the full benefit. So, cooling pad, if necessary, repaste, etc. But if your CPU stays under 85C, you should be doing quite ok, i think.
