Some sellers offer a recovery media to restore the laptop back to its out of the box state. How can I do this myself?

So I finally got a reply from Razer on my request for them to send me a recovery media for my Mid 2019 RB15 RTX2080. The rep simply gave me a link and step by step guide to download and install a fresh copy of Windows 10. Is having a proper recovery media a thing of the past now?

Maybe they don’t have one on stock, actually they sell it online in their new Razer care store. I have three of them LoL, one for Razer Edge, Blade Stealth 2016 and Blade 14 2017. Or maybe also due that new store they stop to send it out who know.

Thanks for that, i didn't know about the razercare store. Its odd that the ones they sell online are for the older 2015 models only. I sent them another email asking for a USB stick similar to the ones they are selling. Let's see what they reply next.
