    I just received an email from Razer a few moments ago. I went a little something like this...

    the order was originally placed on 7/8/2013 so it has already been 3 weeks and now they tell me its going to be another 2 weeks more? I am seriously getting frustrated with this company. What are your guys thoughts? Were any of you lucky enough to have their Razer Blade Pros shipped today?

    If i may ask how did you get them to ship soon, i have been with a laptop for the last two month and go back to college the 8th so shipping the 5th with standard just wont do? Please help me bc i dont feel Razer has at all

    Yeah i sent them an email and i got this back.
    Thank you for contacting Razer. I'm sorry but we aren't able to make changes to orders that are already submitted. To upgrade shipping speed, you'll need to cancel your current order and place a new one.

    Right now new orders for the Blade Pro 256gb have an estimated shipping time of 1-2 weeks, so it may not be possible to get your Blade Pro more quickly than your current order. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    You may need to have someone sign for your Blade at the original delivery address and then forward it you.

    I called Razer back asking if they could give me a more accurate date instead of just estimates. The guy on the phone told me that the only way to receive support would be if I emailed them. I've had people from that number help me before with my shipment issues and on their extension list, there's an extension for Concel products as well as shipments/returns so I'm calling bull on this. I kept trying to explain that I've been helped here before but just kept repeating "The only way to receive support is by emailing us" or some bull like that.

    My 512gb Blade Pro shipped last night and will be here by saturday. I ordered it a week and a half ago.

    It's the 256GB model that has had the long wait. Just over 3 weeks and counting, it mush have been the most popular model sold seeing as its been back ordered for the longest time. But I' glad you've gotten yours shipped.

    How's it going everyone ? I finally got a confirmation from Razer that my RBP has been shipped and it will arrive this Friday! Placed an order with them on the 2nd and shipped today ! Very excited, how's the RBP treating everyone for now ? Any issues that I should be aware about? Cheers !
