    Hi,

I joined this forum because I am in dire need of technical help and this site seems to have a community whose members have the knowledge and skill to assist me. My issue is very embarrassing and seemingly amateur (which I am), yet, to me, the issue is quite serious and worrisome.

    I'll get right to it:

I have a Razor Edge Pro tablet and I managed TO LOCK MYSELF OUT. Like a fool, I enabled the password protection when logging into my Windows profile. And again, like a fool, I did not write down the password anywhere because I don't like the idea of having my passwords all written down in 1 place for someone to find. And because I have online account passwords coming out of my ears I can not for the life of me figure out what password I used for my Razor. So now, my DUMB a*s can not log onto my tablet. It's killing me not to be able to play on it and I'm worried sick that there might not be anything I can do, and my beast mode of a tablet is essentially a brick now.

Is there ANYWAY for me to be able to access my profile and use my tablet again? What about uninstalling Windows completely and then re installing it...would that work, and how would I uninstall the OS?? What about starting up the device in BIOS.... would there be any options available to me in the BIOS that would help access my device again??

Please guys, any insight, tips or advice you might have would be GREATLY APPRECIATED! Thanks in advance and I look forward to reading your responses.

    Peace,
    B.B.

If you used a microsoft account to setup your edge, you should be able to reset your password online.

If not, this is the best find I came across for how to reset administrator password [I'm assuming you have an administrative account, if not, you should still be able to get into the OS enough to either recover your data if not the account]

In either case, it'll get you back in ;)

    Requires an external DVD drive.
