*sigh* not sure if it is my back luck or what. Just when I thought i had the battery issue fix, i have another issue came up this past 2 days. The problem is that when i boot up my laptop from shutdown, it would go to the bios screen and then suddenly the words "Error sending end of post message to ME, System Halt!" would appear. it would sit there for a good minute before it restarts on its own and load back into windows. I have no clue how this happened.

I thought it was a software issue, so I tried to recover the laptop by hitting F9. Well it reached the recovery option but the option to recover was not possible. Only the exit button was clickable. So i thought okay.. maybe the partition has been corrupted. I proceeded to go out and buy myself a new windows 8.1 and to recover the system by scratch and using the drivers from the Razer website. After doing all that.. system boots and those dreaded words came back. *sigh*

Anyone have any idea? it is a hardware issue? If it is. guess I will need to bring it back. but that's twice in 4 months or so. I got this laptop only in late June 2014! I could use a replacement laptop or something.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Thanks

ME is probably referring to Intel Management Engine. There isn't a lot of solid information about causes for this error, but you can try looking for Intel Management Engine or Intel AMT in the BIOS and disable it. Resetting the BIOS to defaults may also help.

If this issue wasnt present before, i'd guess it was introduced when your system last went in for repair. Don't place too much faith in depot repair services.
