I had. I have put a 0.5mm shim between die and hs and my temps went down by at least 10c

It s very strange. I have good pression on gpu. I gain 5c with screws exchange. But cpu is over 92c in cpu test of 3dmarks. LM + graphite pad.

I will buy copper 0,5mm and 0,2mm for test.

Which graphite pad did you end up going for ? Would be good to get more info as the IC Graphite thread varies between so many different results.
Can't wait for copper results. Maybe the graphite shims were too thin?

I would prefer graphite pad than LM for tests.

becareful with graphete, they are electronically conductive. I do not recommend them to use those on stuff like VRM's or memory chips.

I think you should, maybe there's still a gap between.

I'm also very interested in a mod like this.

Your room temperature already makes it pretty much impossible to have good thermals in such a thin chassis.

So I try to place a copper shim 0,2mm (LM / copper 0,2 / LM) Temps are better of 5/6c but i read in a post that a member placed a 0,5mm copper.
Is it the good choice 0,5?
If i place a 0,5mm copper on cpu, must I place a copper on GPU too ?

I feel your current GPU temps is somewhat lower than CPU peak temps, correct?
If 0.2mm copper shim works for you then its okay. You can try checking with .5mm shim if it reduces temps or not. If not, switch to 0.2mm.
