i just noticed that the chroma keyboard on my Blade 2016 (1060 model) is acting up. Specifically, it can no longer display certain colors. If, for example, you set it to white it shows red. If you try green the leds barely light up and flicker. Same for blue. Anyone seen this and perhaps know if it's fixable without sending it to Razer? It's under warranty but the thought of dealing with Razer support literally sickens me

Sorry to tell you but, there's no way around Razer support.

If you try to fix it yourself, you'll void the warranty.
And you won't get a replacement keyboard because Razer doesn't sell or ship parts, and the manufracturers don't "leak" or sell them seperatly.
So there is no point in even trying to DIY.

Please report about your experience, they planed on improving it, so you may get lucky.

    Good Luck!

Ugh. I was afraid of that. I'll report back. May just end up dealing with it instead of letting Razer support break it even further

Quick update. So this issue started while I was on a business trip. When I got back home it was gone. The keyboard is bright and displays all colors properly. The only thing I can figure is that there was a problem with the electrical outlet I was using in the hotel room. Totally bizarre...
