    Is the 165W adapter that's designed for the 14-inch Blade with the GTX 1060 compatible with a laptop that used the 150W unit? I'm looking for a spare for my 2014 model and am having a hard time tracking down the older PSU.

    Yes, I can confirm it works with Blade 14 that came with 150watt brick. I also works the other way around too (150watt for 6th/7th gen intel models).

    Thanks for the reply. I managed to track down a genuine 150W adapter in surprisingly good condition for $60. $100 for the genuine 165W article is steep, and those sub-$30 third-party chargers that are everywhere online are bulkier and generally look sketchy.
