    Blade 2012 Screen not dimming

    Hey,

    I just got a 2012 Blade Pro running Windows 8, and the screen will not dim. I have changed power settings, manually clicked it, and nothing seems to change the screens brightness. I can use the hotkeys built into the laptop but it shows an indicator reading that the screen is low, but in reality it didn't change at all. If anyone can assist me with this that would be splendid. Also to note I added a 256 mSATA SSD as the main drive.

    Have you tried reinstalling the video driver off of the razer website and seeing if that fixes it?
