    Hi everyone,

Have any big boss can help me? :(

I have bought a new m2 ssd 1tb in order to upgrade my razer.

Also i would like to clone the every data from old ssd to new ssd. But there have some problem when i clone the data.

I was using EaseUS to clone the data, but only can clone the old ssd(500gb) to new ssd(1tb), after complete the clone, i was tried to re activate the remaining 500gb(new ssd). But there is no way to format, also cannot be found the remaining 500gm from the ssd even i using windows own hard disc control system.

Other hands. I tried to use EaseUS again to activate the remaining 500gb. But it will cannot be access to window and window will ask me to reset the factory setting, after i reset the factory setting. System still asking me to reset the factory setting and cannot be success to access my window.

How can i activate the remaining 500gb with new ssd?

Hope any big boss can help.....

The issue is i would like to clone all data(including razer official recovery data) to my new ssd. I do not want install the window seperatly. I would like the keep it original and only upgrade the ssd.

    Use Macrium Reflect.

    1. Backup your entire old SSD (select all partitions) to a USB hard drive, any will do it will just create an image file. It just has to be large enough to hold an image of everything on your old SSD)
    2. Create the bootable recovery USB flash drive with Macrium, I don't think it needs to be very large 8GB is probably more than enough.
    3. Remove old SSD.
    4. Install new SSD.
    5. Boot from the Flash recovery drive you created with Macrium.
    6. Use Macrium to restore your backup on the USB hard drive to the new SSD.
    7. Remove all USB drives and reboot.

I use Macrium Reflect to do an incremental forever backup to a NAS every night. I restore it to a spare SSD once in a great while just to verify it works. I do it very much like the above process.
