Guys, I was wondering if there is a possibility that you can add an extra hard-drive to the new Blade Pro? I have plans to upgrade to the pro, I plan to do a lot with it and 500G will not be enough...

In short, no ones knows. But even if they have left the space for a HDD and the necessary connectors, it would void your warranty if you open the computer. I personally think they used the space for extra batteries and will only provide Msata.

Well, I am waiting on my Blade pro. I was hoping someone already has had a chance to fiddle with it, so I can get advice.

I am not worried about the guaranty. If I mess up, it is my fault and I accept full responsibility.

I can't wait to get this new Blade!

I see. Maybe its worth while asking razer directly. I hear their CEO answers facebook questions himself.

No go guys... I contacted Rzaer support and they said that there is just one slot for hard-drive, so adding another is not possible... Ah well! I'll stay with my Blade-R2.

In my Blade-R2, there was one slot and a mSATA slot. I upgrade both into SSD and never looked back. I was hoping for the same for the Blade Pro, but a customer representative said no...

In this thread http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=720129 they have taken apart the pro and there is a second 2.5 HDD slot open and in the last couple of pages someone has found what they believe to be the connector to add another hard drive and they believe the ram might be upgradable it hasn't been confirmed yet.
