    What's this all about then? As far as I knew these mobile chips were locked at 4.0ghz?

    Its a typo, he meant i7-9850H, that has a single core turbo boost of 4.6Ghz, plus the extra 4 bins aka 400Mhz ends up at 5Ghz single core max turbo.
    Just like in 8th gen there was the 8850H with the same unlocked 4 bins.
