2015 Razer keyboard issue

I'm having a weird issue with my brand new 2015 Razer. The keyboard is intermittently multiplying keystrokes. I'll be typing along and it'll be fine for a while and then all of sudden it'll start inserting extra keystrokes as I type such as inserting extra spaces or multiplying letter keys. Extremely annoying when typing passwords and then I have to retype multiple times.

Has anyone else experience this? I've tried updating all the drivers and adjusting keyboard settings in Windows but nothing seems to help so far. Other than this I'm extremely happy with this machine. I purchased through the MS store with the Microsoft Complete extra warranty. MS agreed to exchange one for me in store although they didn't have any in stock because they ran out yesterday (figures...). I can hold on to my current machine until they get the new one in and then do the swap in store. I'd highly recommend purchasing one of these through the MS store with the extra warranty, especially if you have a local store.

 

I have heard of this before. No solution was ever found: http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/razer-blade-owners-lounge.642913/page-145#post-9882527 the video no longer works but it was the same issue as you.

 

The problem is so intermittent. I actually thought it was resolved but then it returned couple days ago. Still waiting for my local MS store to get some Razer's in stock so I can exchange.
