Well mine is black
Just bought this netbook (DOT_M/A.NCD/711 - P/N : LU.BCC0Y.026) few days ago and allready managed to format 160GB HDD and install W7 Home Basic x64 from scratch to 50GB partition.
All drivers from Drivers&Utility DVD worked fine that was originally intended for Vista Basic x32 worked well to the OS of my choise. Actually drivers I've downloaded from Packard Bell's support website and utility+driver to webcam from that Drivers&Utility DVD that Iäve burned from Packard Bell's recovery software with virtual DVD burner
Still to come...
My intentions are to install internal BT to this system.
I'm also verrrrry interested of modding 3G modem in to this system.
dot M/A should be WWAN ready, but at the bottom under the service slot where are WLAN-module, there should be miniPCI slot for WWAN card, but motherboard is lacking the slot... Have to get to the bottom of this by opening the system.
Service manual courtesy of PB can be found from: http://ftp.packardbell.com/pub/itemnr/CS065A00/dot_ma_disassembly.pdf

Your notebook i believe is the EU version of the Gateway LT3101u that is sold in the US. If you haven't done so check the Gateway forum as you might find others who may have attempted this mod.
