    Hi,
I have just had to fit a new HDD into my PB C3255 notebook. I have got most of the way through the tattooing process and ground to a halt at the request for the 'technical support code'. This appears to be a 6 digit code that is stored on the machines DMI but how to access it is a mystery.
I have had the expected total lack of joy trawling the PB website and am reluctant to take out a second mortgage to phone them.
Does anyone know how to obtain this code?

    Rgds
    Tony
