Hi everyone, this notebook won't turn on,
    Took-off HDD/ODD from the start
Checked the DC Power Jack (PJP1) => Good (Sure about it)
Checked the Battery Connector (PJP2) => Good (it has voltage out)
Reset the motherboard by desoldering the battery
    Reset Memory modules
Changed The CPU (Even if the CPU is defective the motherboard Should power on and don't boot-Up)
Checked the power board _connector_(JP45) with a multimeter and it has voltage.
Tried to touch the two power switch leads of the power board connector to power on the motherboard like we do with desktop motherboards (BTW is it that possible with notebook motherboards  !!! i've already tried it ;)) (to make sure if its the POWER BUTTON that causes the problem) but no luck
I think the problem is the Power Board
What do you say guys !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Please Help :( !!!!!!
