    Hi
I did a sys restore on a friends TS45HR as she had somehow corrupted her user password and could not get into win7. I entered safe mode using F8, did a system restore to an earlier point, it started ok and then the screen went black. When I try to start all I get is 5 blue flashing lights. Could this be low battery? I cannot contact her as she is on holiday, she has the charger, also I do not know the ins and outs of this model: the on-line user guides do not help. Can anyone point me in the right direction please.
