    does upgrading the ram and hardirve voids zepto warranty??.

    It shouldn't to. Most manufacturers allow the upgrading of the RAM and hard disk. Other manufacturers like Dell, say that if anything happens to your notebook with a piece of third party hardware installed, then before Dell picks the notebook up, you need to swap back to the original specification that came with the notebook.

    No, upgrading the RAM and Hard drive does not void the warranty.
    However if the laptop begins having an issue and is sent in for repairs and it turns out that the 3rd party upgrades you have installed in the machines are the ones causing the issues you are having, we normally charge a fee because of it not being any of our hardware causing the abnormal behavior. That's why we normally advise people to try and check up on what could be causing the issue, so they avoid the fee and maybe could avoid sending in the laptop at all.
