    So i ordered a 6625w notebook about a week ago but only ordered it with the standard 1gb memory stick as i wanted to put a 2gb in the other slot, ive been searching around and come across this;

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kingston-Me...W/ref=pd_sbs_ce?ie=UTF8&qid=1197139388&sr=8-1

    Now in the spec of the zepto memory it only says pc5300 and in this it says pc2-5300 but if im right they are exactly the same as both are ddr2 right?

    it also says further down its designed for imacs but i dont see why it shouldnt work?

    I just dont want to buy something and then have to send it back because it doesnt work.

    I have bought a 6625W as well, with 2GB single stick ram, maybe I'll get another 2G later if it feels sluggish..

    This Transcend module is insanely cheap and works fine in my 6024W and Sony G11 - one in each - (and in the several other computers I have tried).
