Hey I just recently purchased an hgl30 and it doesn't have a vista compatible sticker on it. does this mean I can't upgrade later on when it comes out? I purchased it without an operating system and installed XP home myself, if that makes any difference. thanx for the help guys.

Pretty much any computer purchased today will be Vista compatible.

You can run successfully run windows XP on a pentium 200mmx as long as you have 256mb of RAM. Microsoft seems set to continue the trend with vista, from everything I've heard.

If your computer has 512mb of RAM and has anything in the pentium 3 over 1ghz range you can run it. You'll never see the wondrous GUI magic that MS touts and won't have a great performance increase over XP, but you can still run it.

The HGL30 is much more than adequate for Vista. You'll even get to use Aero at full power if you buy it.

Yes it is. You may have to update some drivers to enable all of the effects though.
