iBuyPower...good company?

I was thinking of getting the iBuyPower Batallion 101 CL-Turbo. Is this company any good? Are the products made well, no problems? And is the support good?

i just purchased a battalion 101 ML turbo from them, only AFTER i bought it did i look at their score on reselleratings(big mistake) a lot of their customers seem to be pissed of for two reasons, one is that shipping takes forever(even if they oredered the 3 day rush) and two is that their customer serviceis crap and trying to get your pc fixed if something is wrong with it. I bought my laptop over the phone on dec 30th. hopefully it will be here soon cuz the guy said he would give me fedex 3 day delivery when i told him if i could get student discount, but he said he had to do it manually so when i got the email it only says no rush. Ill keep you posted on how they do, i want to write a review of the laptop also. Im keeping my fingers crossed because they have really good deals!
