    hel80 vedio card buggo 7600 play 3D game dead

    I play 10minute games- Summer Athletics 2009, and then suddenly blank screen, then black. I restart the computer,self test still is the case, although run, but I often didn't see anything, and sometimes also the normal operation of 1-3 seconds.

    There were a bunch of lines on the screen, graphics card fan still runing, but in safe mode there are also some purple line.
    I searched for some users, they also go 7600 7600GT black screen to play 3D games, I guess this card might be the bug.

    Thank you, how can I do?

    How old is your notebook? Sounds to me like a dying graphics card.

    According to this thread the hel80 does not support MXM so you cannot exchange the card yourself. I would send the notebook in, if you still got warranty that is.

    Thank you for quick reply, I bought my laptop two years ago. maybe it too heat to damaged when play 3D game. I will sent it to recondition.
