just found this on another forum, and a bit worrying, since want to place an order this week:

    >>>
I returned mine. It was very noisy, had bad backlight bleeding and if you used it outside sunlight actually shone THROUGH the cheap casing. Plus the keyboard wasn't very comfortable. Overall I wasn't impressed.

Returned for a Asus G1S - £200 more expensive but definitely worth it.
    <<<

    what say you?

I havent seen that before. which forum was that on? There are many pictures and reviews from customers if you look at some slightly older threads, then you can make an informed choice. We also have a 3415W model which can have all of the same spec apart from the screen resolution. We will offer a 14day money back service if a customers is unhappy enough with their notebook

mine is quite silent, light shining threw the case seems a bit impossible to me  , and the keyboard is fine!

I really like my Znote 6625, it works excellent. you will love it ;)

    Pros

    • Beast of a laptop
    • Simple yet stylish looks, thank god it doesnt have those retarded flashy lights on gaming laptops such as the dell xps and asus g series.
    • Excellent screen
    • Excellent gaming performance
    • Excellent customer support for me atleast from UK branch, especially Iann.
    • Priced very well

    Cons

    • Fans are just too loud, its day I am sitting near my window with cars passing by, phone rining and stil I can hear the noise of the laptop
    • Keyboard should have been of better quality
    • Bugs which you may or may not encounter such as dvd drive not showing up in vista which took ages for me to fix
    • Batterly life is not as advertised on their website, stated 2h:45min on 6 cell with minimum use, I get about 1h:55min
    • Microphone is poorly placed, have to speak loudly to get it to recognize my voice

I recall some photos of the 6234W (white) showing the backlight being visible through the white casing. There's no way the backlight or sunlight would shine through the dark grey or white plastic.

My 6024W is very solid. A feature it shares with its bigger brother is the sub-standard keyboard. I've just got a Samsung R20 for a family member and the keyboard on that is much, much better.

I'm pretty pleased with my 6625WD. Only real problem I've had was the "Vista with no DVDdrive" others have been with beta drivers, Ubuntu installing or sucky WLan router at home (I have to be in the same room with it).
But overall I'm very pleased with what I got. And ordered.

Build quality of my 6625WD was almost perfect (for a plastic laptop). Very solid, very good material.
