    Zepto UK don't you just love them

    Ordered a Zepto back in October. It arrived with a cracked case. Went back and took 3 weeks to repair. Once I got it back it lasted a few hours before the lcd backlight went. That took nearly 2 months to sort out. After receiving the laptop back for the second time everything looked like it was working even managed to get vista running on it. But then tried the bluetooth, vista couldn't find it. Re-installed XP, still no luck. Thought maybe the bluetooth module had become loose during shipping. The module is located under the harddisk so easy to get at. Removed the harddisk and there is a small space where my bluetooth module used to be. For some reason they have removed it while they replaced the lcd backlight.

    Wonder what excuse they will have when I phone on Monday.

    I'm sorry to hear about the problems you have been having with your Zepto. You may want to contact some of the Zepto representatives who frequent the forums to see if they can help with your case.

    First of all i want to apoligize the way you have you have been treated, and it is of course not good enough that we forgot to put your bluetooth module back in your notebook when we repaired it.

    I think we might just send the module to you, so you dont have to live without it for a while.

    After talking to Zepto UK last Monday (22nd Jan) the person I spoke to said they would send the module on to me. He also said he would phone back later that day to confirm delivery. Thats the last I've heard about it.

    Well its now 3 weeks and still no sign of my bluetooth module.

    To start with they said they would send a replacement and would telephone to confirm delivery. They never phoned.

    After trying to get hold of Zepto UK and not having calls returned I finally managed to talk to someone yesterday. They have no knowledge of saying they would send a replacement, but said they did look for it and couldn't find the missing module.

    They have now emailed Zepto Netherlands and I'm waiting their reply which Zepto UK said they would forward to me.

    Good luck with sorting that problem out, knightsfield. Unfortunately it seems that NUsystems didn't hold up their end of the bargain in representing Zepto in the UK.

    is it me or is zeptos cs getting worse and worse?

    where is morten, that guy knew how to get things done.

    im worried as zepto still owe me a 12 cell battery

    12 cells batteries are delayed until the end of February. Because of the recent battery explosions battery test are more drastical.

    Well part of it is true. There have been delays because of new security measures we had to follow earlier on in the process, but that is not the case now.

    The final release of the 12 cell battery should be 22nd feb 07. The latest delay has been because of problems with the casing plastic. These have been solved and they production is going fine at the moment.


    We are sorry if you have felt like we have left the forums, but we are very busy at the moment, so the time we have to scour forums have been drastically reduced compared to earlier.

    I just phoned NUSystems looking for a copy of my invoice of the laptop I ordered in November.

    They no longer handle Zepto for British Consumers, and the website now shows the Danish contact details.

    Nice to see that Nu-Systems have been droppped. The Zepto UK website has also been given a facelift - it now more closely resembles the Danish website.

    I called through to Zepto Danish support yesterday.
    I found the Zepto staff to be extremely friendly and sincere in wanting to help me resolve my issue. And when they say they will call you back, they mean it! :) I would have no problem recommending them now NUSystems is gone.

    BR Morten mentioned that they were getting rid of NUsystems to me a little while back. I'm glad that the move has now been made. It's made me sick to see how badly NUsystems has treated a number of you UK Zepto owners.
