    I am experiencing problems with my 6615WD (burnt-out motherboard) and I would like to go directly to the support centre to explain the situation.

    Is the following address correct?:

    Zepto Computers Ltd
    St. James House
    13 Kensington Square
    London
    W8 5HD
    United Kingdom

    I went there just today only to be told that no such office exists. I tried calling 08456020985 but no one picked up. Is something wrong? Have they shifted offices without updating the UK website?

    I think the UK address is just for administrative purposes.

    That 0845 number is what is given on the contacts page, but note that the phone is in Denmark so they operate one hour ahead of UK. Your other option is to use the email form.
