Discussed this today with a coworker actually.

Looks like the driver is still in testing, this ofcourse to make sure it can deliver both performance and stabilty, but it looks like it will be last week in january month.

I just found these beta drivers on Zepto's FTP.

    ftp://ftp.zepto.dk/Windows_Hot_Fix/GFXtestdriver/

    They are version 167.59 WHQL.
And they are uploaded the 29th of jan08.

Nvidias newest is 167.51 and laptopvideo2go's is 167.58.

I have tested them and I must say, performance wise they are quite good! they are very close to the newest 169.xx drivers in 3dmark06.

HOWEVER! They do NOT fix my stuttering/slowdown/gpu-memory bug :( :(

So im pretty exited to know what drivers they are going to officially release tomorrow(?) as their tested and stable drivers.

That was NOT good for us.
I am really hoping for these drivers. Since the stuttering/slowdown/gpu-memory bug can drive you mad.

    Please fix this. :'(

funny thing.. just looked at zeptos FTP again, and it seems they have removed the test drivers from it.
which explains why the link is now dead.

I really hope thats a good thing. Hope they REALLY look into this GPU-memory bug. Thats the most important part actually.
