I currently own a Widow PC laptop, AMD64 X2 4800, 2x's 100gb Seagate 7200, 2gb RAM APACER, 7800 GTX etc. I will write more when I have time, but this computer is fast, reliable, and top of the line. Customer support is great, email is not, but if you call you will get answers and support. I had ordered and received wrong specs, they let me keep the computer I had until the other was built and then gave me 1000.00 refund from my troubles as well as free cooling pad etc. They truly are what they say. The owner even gave me his cell phone number due to my trouble and insisted I call him etc. They are what they say and the product is amazing.
I previously ordered an ALIENWARE and had 3-4 months of hell!! FInally returning it after day and night on the phone and 2 computers later. Sorry if others have had better experiences (I own a Alien desktop). I will never deal with Alienware again.

That's one heck of a machine . .must be insanely powerful. :)

Glad to see that WidowPC is liked, sound better than Alienware. That name isn't held in high regard around here.

They have problems...they have other companies build the comps and then put their head on it and raise the price. From what I hear the tech-support is non-existant.

Tech Support is excellent, it makes Alienware look like a mom and pop shop. AW is the worst tech support I have ever dealt with, EVER!!! Widow is really amazing tech support they bend over backwards!! The computer has top notch parts and is built much better than AW, big time. Sager tech support I hear is really bad according to reseller ratings. Widow is great just FYI.

adam5150, I think there might be a misunderstanding: when ChazMan and USAFdude say that "that name" is not held in high regard, or that "they" don't have tech support, ChazMan and USAFdude mean that Alienware is not kept in high regard and Alienware does not have tech support.

I think nobody knows much about Widow Pc here. We are very happy to hear about it from you.

Yeah - we were talking about Alienware. :) I would definitely NOT buy one of those. Horrible experiences being told around here, just peek into the Alienware forum.

It's best to go through a dealer for Sager Notebooks - I bought mine from PowerNotebooks:

Makes sense sorry I didn't catch that, I've been running at about a 1.2 Ghz, a little slow lately. I really had a bad experience with AW and almost required litigation. I have an AW desktop that was really rough at first, but I gave up on tech support and just did my own thing, reinstall etc. and have a computer that works.
So far WIDOW PC has been great, if they make a mistake they make up for it. The owner/manager is always available and will talk to you as long as needed to work out any issues. I have found any company will have have a down side, so as long as its not too long and I the product is reliable I am there. I almost went with Sager, but after AW I wanted really good tech support/service. With Widow PC you are paying for quality support with a good product. If you want support Widow is the answer.

I'm very happy to hear how good Widow PC is. All of the other rebranded Clevos seem to be excellent except for Alienware. Voodoo is supposed to be good(expensive though), sager is good, Widow PC is apparently good. Alienware needs to really do some work,
