    Hi all,

I'm considering purchasing Twinhead notebooks for my organization as they appear to be extremely price competitive. I was hoping to hear of any user experiences with the machines, their reliability performance etc as well as any comments on the quality of their support/warranty and outside of warranty servicing.

    Thanks,
    Jonathan

I had one Twinhead notebook few years ago. If I were you, I wound not consider this brand. Twinhead has the worst quality in the world because mine broke down within 6 months. I went to their service center, but they said they would not repair my notebook for free even it was still under warranty. They told me my notebook broke down because I wet it (but in fact, I never did this to my notebook) Thus, if I still want them to repair the machine, I need to pay for like $1000-1300. That is my experience with this stupid brand. After that, I decide to have my next IBM notebook which still survives now.
