Has any1 managed to watch tv on their 6625wd? I cant seem to get it to work in any way. Both Media Center and Zeptos "driver" DigitalTV says that no Digital TV tuner hardware is found. I would want to be able to watch tv. Hardware problem or is the card disabled trough BIOS by default (havent checked that option yet)?

The antenna connection is on the machine both if you ordered the machine with or without TV tuner. The machine does not as standard come equiped with a TVtuner, so unless you specifically ordred it with a TV tuner it is not in the machine. If DigitalTV says there is no TV tuner hardware present it pretty fair to day there is no TV tuner in the machine.

djcla, yes it's possible to add it in after order, but you will have to pay for sending it in yourself, the card, time to mount it and for the return shipping.
Sprint, the coaxial input is built in the laptop, it is not something we add. It's in all 6025WD's and 6625WD's wether you have the TV card or not. -
I have the TV tuner built in, have the aerial too but I do not have the adapter to join the two.
Since early August I have emailed, faxed and rang Zepto and I stll do not have it a month later.
My on-hold time to Denmark is 3hrs 22mins total, 1 and half hour continuous.
Muzak is Chariots of Fire and Tubular Bells.
Has anyone ever received their antenna adapter? -

Ausvet, what phone no have you tried calling? Because 1½ hours of continuos waiting is impossible in our phonesystem. You normally get sent back to the reception phone within 15-20 mins if the support hasn't taken the call by then. At the moment we have a answer time of about 5-10 mins and in peak times there can be an answer time of up to 30-45 mins. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays there can be longer wait times through the whole day. Thursdays are statisticly the day of the week with less calls.
I know as i make statistics on how many phonecalls we get per day and per support employee.
John, yeah but putting in the TV card in the machine would mean you have to take the keyboard off of the machine which basically means that you have voided the warranty on the machine. Yes, it is easier with a USB TV tuner if you choose not to put the TV tuner in the machine from teh start. -

Ausvet, well i can only talk about the +45 70 204 304 which is the danish support number. I don't know how the phone system works and if there is a glith if you get diverted from Iann to the support number. All i know is that we do get UK/English calls in the support.
