Hi, I am a newbie, so it could be a stupid question.

I am interested in Sony VAIO BZ560P34.

Why is P1's price ($1,649)for this model a little bit higher than Sony web($1,599.99), Bestbuy for biz($1,553.99), Amazon($1,500.99) etc? Any special reasons?

I know P1 has great customer service. That's why I wanna get this through P1.

    Thank you.

    Kathie

I also heard a lot of good comment about P1 before I ordered from them. From my experience, it becomes a nightmare.
Think twice before you decide to order from them.

I ordered a Z590 from them. At first they said it would take 2-4 days to ship, then it took them 8 days or 5 business days.
When it arrived, the ac adapter is missing. They sent me a laptop without a charger. When I turned on the Z, I noticed it had a wrong system. They put in P1 Optimized system which I never mentioned I wanted it. Then I looked at the bottom of the Z, a port cover was loose and didn't stay closed property. I spent sometime on it and I fixed it by myself.

I requested them to do either fellowing:
    1. Send me a charger with a Z590 VAIO Recovery DVDs so I can install the system that I want.
    2. Give me an exchange within this week.

I emailed them about my request and I think they were going to give me an exchange. I emailed them 2 days ago to ask about any updates. (Basically I just wanted to know what is going on.)
Their reply email contained the fellowing message : "Not yet."
    That's it.
As of today, the fourth day I received the useless laptop. I have no news about the exchange.

By the time I get the exact Z590 that I ordered, I think I deserve to have some kind of gift from them for all the inconvenience or perhaps at least free overnight shipment.
