    Returns to Zepto?

    last question I expect; about the returns policy, considering I have no way of seeing one of these before buying it.
    From the uk site, there is a 14 day period in which the customer may return the item ( http://uk.zepto.com/Information/Default.aspx?informationid=205) for a full refund if for any reason they are unhappy with it. Are any returns possible after this period?
    I'm asking mainly because I will be at work for a lot of the forseeable future, and so I'm not sure how much time I will have to fully test a new machine in case any problems become apparent, particularly with external soundcard compatability. In other words 2 weeks seems a little short, though I admit I have little idea whether this is a standard period.

    There is a 14 day return policy. After that the only way to get the money back for the machine is if the machine has been in for repair on the same issue 3 times or if there is a history of far too many repairs within a short period of time.

    The 14 day return policy is standard in Denmark, but you can only get a full refund if the machine is returned in fully working condition (except of course if the machine has been DOA), and without scratches. If there are scratches or other marks of use the prices of the parts needing to be replaced for us to be able to sell the machine again are drawn from the full price. We do not as many other retailers have a percentage restocking fee, but we do not give a full refund if the machine looks to have been used a lot before the return.
