This heat issue is driving me mad. After 5 minutes of playing GRID, temperature gets to 90+ even 100 and starts to shutter to the point i have to quit.

Ive tried low settings as well, still the same.

Driver ver 174 60; is there a better driver for this particular game?

    Cheers

at what temperature exactly does it downclock? if its at 96C you have a problem.
Try to clean off the dust if that would help (from the grill) and try the standby fix (go standby and resume then play)

it is around 96 more or less,

i've tried the standby fix, still the same, and i clean the dust form the grill as well.

I'm out of options here, not sure if i should send it in, but then from what i've read not much gets done.

Very intrested to see how Nvidia's announcement would develop, if there is a ny hope for most of the 6625 owners here.
