    Players do not work!

    My HEL 81 only plays movies DVDs with Cyberlink Power DVD. When I try to watch a movie using Windows Media Player or any other, a message appears suggesting to change my video resolution to lower one but I have tried it many time and it does not work! May someone help me?! :confused2:
