    Hi there,

In regards to your P1 SZ600 Series Recovery Set (Vista Business), I was wondering:

    1. Is this essentially a "Clean Install"?
    2. Does it include ALL the necessary drivers for a SZ691?
    3. Would I need the Vista Business License Key?

Basically, I'm looking for a "safe" way to do a sort of Clean Install of my SZ691 without breaking it or losing any functionality and am wondering if buying your product here is the way to go.

    Thank you!

    1) Yes
    2) Yes, all required app's & drivers and saves roughly 10GB's of space.
    3) That machine already has a Vista license, its on the bottom of it.

That is why we now offer to consumers; our corporate customers required such and with all the headaches, conflicts etc we made such for our customers.

How do I order these restore disks? How much are they? I could not find them on the Portable one site. Thanks in advance for the help.

I recently purchased a TZ170 from Portable One with the bloatware removed option. I am happy with its performance and very happy that Portable One offered this option, because I was concerned that it would be too slow and it works just fine for me. I love the TZ. I have had little time to check out the computer in the last 10 days, but know I love its design and performance has not been a problem. My issues so far: I do not have the choice of enabling Aero, and the Sleep mode which sounds like a fabulous Vista feature--is this because I elected to have the clean install?

Just right click your desktop> Go into Appearance and select Windows Aero

Ivan, I went to do a clean reinstall on my SZ6 with the P1 disks, but when I get midway through the process it gives me a "partition is corrupted" error, and vista is totally screwed and will no longer boot.

I have tried all of the options in the imaging program but with the same results. Is it a problem with the disks, is my HD messed up, or did I do something wrong? I'll send you an email as well.

    What happened with this?
Did you ever figure out what the problem was?
