So I'm at college and whenever I leave my computer I lock it. Well I know this has already been discussed by my friend mimicked how I swipe my finger and can get on my computer all the time... So I updated to the newer version of omnipass. Now whenever I go to login it recognizes my finger print and turns green, but wont log me in and it just keeps on bringing up the fingerprint scanner over and over again. Any help would be great...

I wonder if that is a compatibility issue between the two versions. Did you use the existing profile after updating to the newer version of OmniPass?

I'd recommend a quick call to your reseller and see what they say. Otherwise, an email to Softex may get you a quick answer as well.

Hopefully you can get that sorted out quickly/easily.

    Good luck.

Has anyone else encountered this problem or solved it? It was always this way for my HEL80 then the HDD failed and I got a new one installed all the drivers from scratch and it worked for the first time ever!, I must have changed something cause one time I rebooted and it was back to this again. It only does it logging into windows though, works fine for everything else.
