    I was wondering if there are any unboxing pics/vids for this laptop? I didn't see any on youtube. I'm always curious to see how a product is packaged.

    I doubt it's packaging is awesome like a voodoo or apple, but it would be cool if K|N or Xotic would throw their own touch to their packaging. Then again, I have no idea how they package it.

    They delivered it without it having the hard drives and heat sink on?

    Mine was delivered quite a bit different.

    It already had Vitsa Ultimate installed and already had undergone a true burn in phase.

    Mine also had the custom heat sinks and all new thermal pads surrounding the GPU's and everything was mirror finished etc..

    Well, I installed my own hard drives, CPU, RAM, added blu-ray after the fact so had to swap it out, already had my OS.. I basically did the build. And I altered the thermal pads on the GPUs yesterday for added cooling, while applying AS5 to both. Oh, I buffed the heatsink a lil..but nothing major. More for show, than anything else.

    yea..they're identical. One card is labeled slave, one master.. but, the cards themselves appear identical to my eye, except for the processor chips have different version #s on them.

    what gtx's? my comp is at the comp doctors trying to see if they really work themselves...*LMAO*

    interesting thought though.... i think mark tried a 8800m gtx and it didn't work.

    john, I got it to OC the GPUs.. I almost hit 15k, actually, 14,938 to be exact. and I didnt screen shot it. *doh* but, I did figure it out. Turns out, if I push the clocks, the score drops..it's difficult to OC in crossfire. I think I'll need to overvolt and BIOS flash. But, software gained me about 250 so far. I'll try other methods.

    what cheating buddy? over clocking is over clocking. i always wanted to know what this thing can do, just as you.. :) so you know im going to point out every legit angle there is. and any tips i can help out with, that you don't already know.

    now that flashing stuff...just get you a backup copy of the bios and then just look at it for a while...get to understand it. no one said you had to use it... :D

    oh.. I dont do videos. I have a digi camera..and yea, it does videos. But, I have no need to post on youtube. I never even look at youtube. Im always stuck on NBR and dont have time :p And, dont you hate when someone has a cheesey camera, trying to hold it stable and record their screen.. why not use FRAPS and just record FROM the screen? This is a nice rig, but Im not that deep. Unless someone wants to sponsor me, and pay for my time and efforts. :) Anyone, anyone?
