    Hello

I've been using this Compal FL90 computer for many years already and I am still really satisfied with it. It's been seven long years with it and it's still running great, using Windows 8.1 after replacing the Intel Wifi 4695AGN card which is known to crash with Windows 8 and 8.1 with a cheap Atheros one I found on eBay for 6$

However, I will have to replace it one day so I would like if there are new Compal models. I checked their website already and it seems it's not updated anymore. I also checked Quanta but they don't reply my emails.

So do you know what options are available for new barebones? I would like another customizable laptop skeleton, with full access to clean drivers, service manuals, and everything that can be done on your own.

    Thanks.
