I bought a Averatec 3220H1 notebook last week.
I need helps on below problems:
    (1) When I use the computer, the fan starts and
stops quite frequently, making a little noise
at the same time. Can I set up something to
    tackle this problem?
    (2) Sometimes a slight "pang" "pang" sound can be
heard from inside. I believe it comes from
the hard disk. Does anybody else have the
    same problem?
    (3) The bottom of the display is somewhat hot.
    Other places are OK.
On the whole, this kind of notebook is great,
    except the above questions.

Thanks for your help and have a great weekend!

Well it is normal, for the fan, i believe that problem is corrected when you download the Bios update. Also the Pang Pang sound if from the disc drive.. the cd rw/dvd drive. And the scree gets hot is obvious because there is lamp under there. YOu can't stop heat being created right?. So ya. i'm using it. it is the best notebook i ever owned.

Tony, everything you listed is perfectly normal and you've identified most of the sources. It's normal for the LCD to be warmer around the edges as well, so don't worry about that.
