Hi. I have a Versa M400 that I bought in Indonesia. After about 1 year I lost the sound thru the speakers. I took it to a dealer and suggested there was a common problem with these M400's and asked for extended warranty. They agreed and repaired my notebook only charging me a nominal labour charge. A new sound card was installed.
