This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I really appreciate your guys help. But ya... I always talk to casey. Yes he's nice. But ... i have to pay for shipping. How will I live with no laptop for 2 shipments of ground shipping.

    Don't you have soemthing like 90 days warranty on the service/repair.

    Probably (they're not making him pay for the extra repair), but from what they told me when I bought my laptop, they just don't cover shipping to them (warranty or no warranty). That said, since they've clearly screwed up in repairing the thing, it should be possible to talk them into paying for the second time.
