    Is the bios that supports the core 2 duo processors out yet and has anyone tried it?

    Yeh, i think core 2 duo support was added since 105B, latest version is 107B.

    i do not have the core 2 duo should i update my bios or not?

    Not unless there's some sort of problem you're having that you're trying to fix with a bios update. I wouldn't recommend playing around with it unless you know what you're doing and trying to fix.

    General rule: if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

    Unless the current BIOS is causing problems (unlikely), don't bother updating it to a newer one. Just remember to update it before you upgrade to a Merom (if you do that eventually).
