    Hi,

I can do many things with the remote control that came with my hel80, but there are a few that i don't get it..

Power: Seems to be for turn on the notebook but it doesn't.
    IOMP: Doesn't do anything.
    TV: Doesn't do anything.
    Close App: Doesn't do anything.

Do i have to install something else? My user manual only explains what the buttons are for but not how to use them...

The rest of the buttons function well with some aplications(media player, nero home, etc.).

    Thanks.

Power: Turns on the TV Tuner...not the laptop
IOMP: You need to be booted into Windows
TV: I am not sure what you are saying here...could you please clarify?
Close App: Not sure...can anyone else that has one answer this one?

    hi,

    Well:

IOMP: Even with Windows on, nothing happens...
TV: I mean the TV button on the remote, when i press it it doesn't do anything...

Also the left buttons on the keyboard "Mode" "On/Off" etc. Only the functions Play/Pause, Next, Previous, works with media player, but they have a double function:

    Play/Pause also should do Stop
Next also should do Volume Up
Previous also should do Volume Down

But i can't make them do this "second" function...
Can you use all the functions in this buttons in Media Player?

I read somewhere, that you should press and hold(for somehwere between one to three seconds, so wait a bit)

Also, what reseller did you buy the computer from, and does the remote have mouse funtionality, or is it purely for media? If it is for media, is it basicly an extension of the left buttons?

That would be really cool if there is a mouse, but I just got a Wii, and the wiimote can easily be used as a mouse.

    Just curious...

Yes, press and hold the ones on the left of the keyboard.
