    Hi,

I have a company-issued FL91 with XP SP2. I managed to get everything up and running except the Bluetooth device. I already checked under the hood, the bluetooth device is physically there, but windows does not see it.

Does anyone have any recommendations? (re-installing XP is impossible, our IT department will burn me)

    Cheers,

    dortyuz

Have you turned on hardware switch and software switch (WSS) before installing?

Did you inspect the connection from the laptop to the BT adapter? (Ensuring the bluetooth is wired to the system?)

Where are you expecting it to show?

My device manager doesn't see it neither, but I can see the blue light in the front of the laptop and you can also see it in the icon on the notification bar. You could also test it using a cellphone and try to get discover by the laptop and viceversa.

The bluetooth control panel shows no device in the properties field, also you can see the error message when I'm trying to add another device.

    cheers,

Are you really sure that in "Wireless Select Switch" it's turned on?
