    To all members:

Please advise I am thinking of buying a desktop replacement notebook.

    I came across this:http://www.ecsusa.com/products/g900.html

    How reliable is this company.

As to the components are they good quality ?

Who makes the Hard drive and the dual dvd burner?

    Any info or opinion welcome.

    Thanks [?]

Actually when i saw the ad for the G900 is when i got interested in a DTR notebook. I contacted the company and asked how I could get one. It wasn't available in the US at the time and in my research I found Sager notebooks and I purchased a NP4780. The 4780 has been replaced by the 4790 & 4750. The 4780 has all the features that the G900 has and I'm happy with my purchase.

    Hi Orlbuckeye

How much did you sager got cost ?

so since the sager has been replaced with a more current model then are you saying the G900 is behind in its feature and power?

BTW I have not order yet. I am talking to the sales now and finalizing on my spec.

    Thanks for your advise

I am suprise how little response the G900 being getting since I find the G900 to have the biggest bang for the money.
