    Hello everyone.

I belive most of you here at some point have stumbled into me, my advice or atleast my complains ;) the last couple of months.

Well It seems that you will be free of me very soon! I do hope though that it has helped some of you abit with all the problems we have had with these darn Zepto laptops.

What Im saying is even I got tired of it... and SOLD it! Yup.. I finally got rid of that piece of ****

Yet I dont like the idea that Zepto continues to get away with that kind of extremely poor customer service, so my last advice is... DO NOT GIVE UP!

Keep them on a short leash, complain like mad and demand your money back!

Well, that all for me :D now ill enjoy life with a working laptop! ;)

May i enquire as to what zepto you had and how much you sold it for?

I have just asked for a refund for my zepto which so far im not exactly impressed with, have to send it in for the second time because the touchpad has died. I doubt il get it but when i frist send the laptop off i put it with the original documents and everything it came with in the original box, it came back in just a normal box, which i thought was a bit odd and then the thing hadnt even been put together properly as screws were sticking up making the plastic cover over the speakers stick up... quite unprofessional if you ask me.

Well the touchpad itself deteriorated over time, for instance it would work for 15 mins then stop and i'd have to restart then it would work again. The time it worked for would get shorter until it just stopped completely and in device manager i get a code 24, tried reinstalling drivers, windows nothing seems to work.
Just sent it off today but aparantly will take 15 days from when zepto receive the lappy and im in the UK so another month without my laptop... woohoo.

Hahaha! I'm about to do the same. :D
Might get an alienware. Or maybe build a desktop as in old days.
