In the begin the delivery with the HW (LCD) failed.
It seems to be replaced after approval form Compal and Intel with the LG screen.
BUt after that people start reporting bad screen issues like bleeding, bright light in the background and other stuff.

Ye, the extreme backlight bleeding, which me and several others had.
What I dont really get is that they say that the LCD panel supply has become very tight and they will use LG screens now. The faulty screens were prolly CPT's and they werent standard afaik.
Or did they always have CPT screens then?

So the initial screen failed and then they started using LG screens, but the LG screens have bad issues like bleeding?

Does that mean we should not get an IFL90 now?

No, there are not enough screens anymore, thats why they use LG screens now.
The CPT screens had backlight issues, I dont know about the LG screens.

I dont know who made the initial screens.
