I can not find a setting in the bios (even after installing the latest version) for turning off the memory check on boot-up. Counting through all the ram on boot-up slows the boot time dramatically. Does anyone know how to turn off the memory check on boot-up?

try quick boot, that usually helps.

All Quickboot does is hide the boot text with a graphic. It still takes the same time to boot because it is counting through all the ram.
Any other suggestions. -
It looks like the latest Bios (ver 110B) released on 08/30/2006 fixes this by turning off the MEM Test on boot-up. I just upgraded to it with no problems. Boots fast now!
