I have problem with two znote 6515WD. One of them power down after 15 - 60 seconds.
The other one very often got white screen and no bios-screen at startup (no boot).

Could it be BIOS-problem or is it a motherboard problem?
I have changed graphic card between them, but the same problem in both.

Is there a backup battery somewere?
I havn't seen it when I changed the graphic cards.

At leased I should be able to build one computer thats work from the two of them. But how?

The CMOS battery is only used to store the BIOS settings, time/date, etc. Your computer should actually work without one. So slash that off the possibility list.

Dead motherboards is what i can think off. Have you tried reseating the RAM/etc?

Also try running on the bare minimum hardware (eg. no wifi card, optical drive, etc)

Yes I know, but it's funny that when the first one power off you can't restart it, but after a while you can. Then it stops even sooner than the first time. If you try several times it takes some time to be readey to start again.
It stops even before the boot. It also stops if you are in the BIOS.

The one with white screen starts if you let it rest for a day or so. But when you power off and start again - you get the white screen.

Should I even try to solve this problems or should I just crash them!

No but if it has been off for hours and stops after 30 seconds, I don't think that' s the problem....
