What is their customer care like?
    Do they haggle?
If you break down how quickly do they get it back to you?
    Whats the build quality?

    Thanks

I don't know if prices are negotiable. If pricing is already competitive then there's less room for negotiation and they do need to eat and pay the bills.

I came close to ordering something from them last year, but the product was delayed by Asus. I've found them very responsive to enquiries.

This forum doesn't contain much evidence of poor customer service. I get the impression that they are quite a small organisation so service tends to be good. Repair turn-around, if needed, may depend on getting the right parts. Ask them your questions and I would expect you would get a straight answer.

They do cut deals, but not as desperately Dell reps.

Service is excellent; the reps know what they're talking about as they also handle tech support. Responce to emails is usually within 10 minutes.

If there are any delays with delivery, they have a habbit of upgrading your system for free - which is nice. :D

If there are any problems, they use curriers for next-day delivery incase you need replacement parts (I needed some RAM replaced).

Despite just about everything that could go wrong going wrong, I'm still impressed at how quickly issues have been resolved. :p

John I have a question for you about processors. My two laptop choices both have a 8800gtx, 4gig ram, 160gig 7200rpm hd etc Everything the same. However, one is £1370 with a t8300 and the other £1500 with a t9300 and blue-ray drive. Is it worth it in terms of gameplay?

My current cpu is single core with 512kb L2 cache running at 2.21ghz, that thing can run the current games I play. So any game older and for the next few years should bomb through right?
