Hey all, it's been a while since I wrote on this forum.

A couple of weeks ago I have sent my Znote 6625WD back to Zepto for problems which I think are related to the graphics card. Under mild stress, such as browsing the internet, listening to music, reading pdf files etc my laptop would crash and the screen would be shred by small squares; itÂ’s difficult to imagine so I have attached a few images.

After a reboot my laptop would work fine again until the same kind of crash occurred. This would happen at different times, on different days and there would be no real pattern to this.

So I informed Zepto and sent them a couple of images and they agreed that it is probably related to the graphics card and they set up an RMA case for me and so I sent my laptop off. Almost two weeks have passed and I have not heard anything from them so I decided to email them to find out what is happening.

The response to my query was that the notebook was tested 3 times with UT3 and 3d mark and they have found no problem... Luckily I documented each time this problem occurred with pictures and videos, so I have emailed Zepto once again with a whole bunch of images such as the ones below trying to convince them that there is an issue.

I am now awaiting a response but I feel at a loss.... I will post any progress on the matter...
